How do I get my passport elite to open in windows 10?

Hi! I am not the OP but I’m having the same issue. Cannot get my Passport Elite to work after upgrading to Windows 10. Model number (I think) is WDT-A78 (8) - the 8’s could be B’s or 6’s. The writing on the back of the device is tiny. When I start Windows, I get a message that says, “OS not supported. WD Launcher cannot be run under this version of Windows.” I tried searching online for fixes but nothing I downloaded worked. Thanks in advance for any advice!
