My Passport drives incredibly slow (possibly after Win 10 update)

I use two different My Passport drives on two different computers to back them up. They have worked fine for a long time, but all of a sudden both have slowed down to the point of not being able to use them. It might be after a Win 10 update.

I have tried the diagnostics from WD on these drives and they pass everything.

May be you can try to use any other USB Cable or check if the USB Ports are working fine or not. Probably try with any other computer to check its functionality.

As mentioned, it’s two different drives, with two different cords, on two different computers in two different locations. I’ve tried both drives, on both computers and it’s the same result.
