My Passport Copy Problem

Hello,

I brought 1 TB external hdd. everything was fine with it but thn one day I was unable to copy my data from hdd to my system but vice versa is possible.So please help me out.what should I do???

What happens when you try to copy data?

Is the drive been recognized by the computer?
