My Passport A070 500G - inaccessible issue

Dear All,

I have someone can give me some idea to fix this issue.

I have a 500G external Mypassport A070 which can only recogonize in one of my Windows 7 computer.

When I try to formate the harddrive it wont let me.

When I check the disk in disk management, it show the harddrive has 2047.35GB which of course is incorrect.

Can someone help me to fix this harddrive.
