I have a Passport 4TB, and its been working fine. I formatted it to exFAT on my Windows 8.1, and everything was going great. Whats strange is that out of nowhere, when I plug the Passport into an Xbox, or anything that supports USB drives, some of the files (which are always video files) won’t even show up… They show up on the PC, but not on anything else. What’s weird is that it seems to be random. All my old files show up, but now only SOME of the files on there will show up. Does anyone have any insight into this please? WD Support is of no help whatsoever.
