MY Passeport wdbabm7500abk can read files but not copy them to computer

Hello,

i copied many files to me WD (video mainly), now some files can be accessed , read but not copiedanywhere else

please help

What OS are you using? It might be a permission/sharing issue. Give Full Permission to Everyone and see if that helps.
