I have a HP PC running Windows 10. It has a 9GB hard drive. I installed my new Passport and loaded the software. At the end of the software load, I clicked on start download but nothing happened. Two icons appeared on my desktop, utilities and security. No “download” icon appeared. How do I accomplish my initial download?
It now works. I was not that familiar with Windows 10 having recently updated from 7. I followed the set-up procedure I saw on “Rich on Tech”, a KTLA TV tech reporter and it solved the problem. Thank you for your response,
