My my book 4tb doesn´t appears

my Hd 4t doesn´t appear in any computer i have . Only the disk utility show it but i cant enter in it. someone who give a solution? thanks

Make sure your drive is formatted for Mac.
Did you recently purchased this drive? Or have you been able to use it before?
