I got a new cord updated my usb drivers and all other things i could find but windows sent me a ballon saying my fuse malfunctioned is there any saveing it
Turn the Fuze off and put it on Hold.
Connect the USB to your computer.
With the Fuze still off, hold the << button.
Connect the USB to your Fuze.
This forces MSC mode, the simplest connection. See if your computer detects it.
