Hello, i have a problem with my sandisk sansa express, the battery is completly dead and when i plug it into my computer nothing happens i just hear the sound that my computer allways make when i put a usb into it. Its not even giving me an error bubble saying that the device is not reconnized, because ive had that problem before and fixed it. This time its not even acknowledging that its there, it wont charge, i cant sync music to it and when i go into my computer i see nothing there just my C: and D: drive no mp3. Any help would be much appreciated. Thankyou in advance.
