My computer doesn't see Passport ultra

Good Day,

During data transmission between my computer and external disk, suddenly my system lagged. After restart I don’t have acces to my data. I hear, disk is turning, lamp is lighting. When I downloaded WD Drive Utilites, he see my disk, when I want to check S.M.A.R.T, program is showing “SMART status failed”, i don’t have access to other test option. Also, program is showing 0 bytes on my disk. Do you have any advice what to do? I have very important data there and I really hope, that there is any possibility to recover my data.

I would suggest you to contact Data recovery company, if you have any data on the drive as per the image the drive has gone bad.
