Just a rookie here. Installed My Book…it had music already there from a friend…used it for a while…signed out.
Now can’t find the program. No icon on system tray that I can locate.
It would help if you give the name of the program 
. Are you talking about smartware? Or when you say you cannot find the program you mean that the my book is not recognized by the computer?
