When I switch on the computer Memeo comes up with error report and send report, I am unable to open wd back up. I am on a net work with one computer in my home and that computer is backing up. And my husband can open wd anywhere back up…

Did Memeo come with the My Book World?  What os are you running?  Your husband can or can’t open WD Anywhere Backup?  What’s the error say?
