Hi guys, WD My Book 8TB is not seeing anymore by windows, nor even after putting it directly into my computer. Only As 0 bytes in disk manager asking for me to initialize which is failing every time. I managed to get an identical My Book V3 8TB HDD. I changed the USB and power board… no good result so I’m asking here if anyone tried to replace also the HDD electronic board and if worked. Thanks!

I’m unsuccesful trying to replace the hdd to my “My Book” 6TB with a WD Blue 1TB, but it seems to fail in every mode I try.
