My Book Studio no longer appears anywhere after setting a password, please help!

Hi there,

So after purchasing and installing a new MyCloud Home 4TB, which seems to be working fine, I downloaded the WD Security app and thought I was adding a password to the MyCloud drive, but it was actually on my MyBook Studio Drive. When I first tried to unlock the drive, after entering the password the program just hung and timed out, after a restart the drive no longer appears anywhere. It doesn’t show in Expolorer, WD Discovery shows no sign of it, and WD Security and Drive Utilities bith just say ‘Attach a supported WD drive’

Anyone know whats happened and how I can access this drive again?!?!?

It had over 2GB of photos on :frowning:
