I’ve been using My Book Studio Edition II 6 TB (Raid 1) for 2 1/2 years. Mac OS has been updated on a regular basis. I’m currently running 10.10.3. The drive suddenly stopped mounting. I was told by WD support that the dirive is not supported by Yosemite. I find this hard to believe. Can anyone verify this?

Make sure the drive is plugged in directly into the wall outlet in order to discard any power issues. Also if possible try replacing the USB cable and connecting it to another USB port.
I did try both of these fixes. However, I was told by WD support that the drive was not supported by Mac OS Yosemite. This is what I am trying to confirm. Thanks.
