Hi

Can anyone tell me what the polarity is on the 12 V  power supply plug for the WD My Book premium edition?  I need to know if the centre hole is + and the outer tube -  ?  OR is it the other way around?

Thanks. I am away for the winter in Mexico and do not have a multi metre.

Yes , it is 12 VDC 2 Amps  for this drive … Positive + is the center and the negative - is the outer
