My Book is not mounted

Hi

I’m just moved from Middle East to America, And i bring my MY BOOK ESSENTIAL too, so the Power supply is different in my origin country and here, I used a power converter and Plug it to my Macbook, I Can see my hard drive in Disk Utility but the Partitions not mounted anymore. I think it for power issue.

So what can i do, i’m in NYC, anybody has the Idea?

Any support center here?
