My Book Essential - Retrieving back up stuff

Hello all, I am new on here so please be patient with me .

Got a new My Book Essential and installed ok on my desktop. Backed up all my files to this new drive.

Have now fitted new harddrive to my desktop as old one was dying.

All going well but cannot get my backed up files over to my desktop. 

Can see them in external drive in a darker blue box , but for the life of me cannot work out how to get them over to my desktop.

Hello,

You can browse the backup folder on the external drive and just copy and paste the files to the new computer

The backup folder is called “WDSmartware.swstor” and it should be located inside the external drive.
