For the two years I’ve been using a my book high drive as my main high drive for xbox one. However, today as i tried to turn my xbox as usual, i notice the high drive failed to start and the usual message was not displaced at all. The xbox acts as if nothing is connected, won’t even show at all. I tried hard resets on the box and still the same. so i connected a 1 T passport and that came up to be formatted right away (using the same cable). I even got a bran new cable for the my book, with the hopes that it was a faulty cable, to no success. Again i tried the passport on the new cable and it came up too. i tried other cables on the my book and nothing. The high drive turns on and flashes its light like normal and it makes no weird noise when its on at all. It has never been dropped, that problem never happened before as i bough it new. The thing just gave up on life one day, i would run a diagnostic on it but i not sure if you able to from a mac. Please help
