My Book Essential Backup stuck at 629.32 MB of 2.87 GB

I am stck at 629.32 MB of 2.87 GB during backup. I ran it for several hrs and nothing. I tried everything. I upgraded - same results. What can I do?

Are you still having the same issue? Have you try to reinstall the application?
