As the title says its stopped working when click smartware to open it doesnt show up it has over 15 GB of important information on it. tried to unplug and restart but to no avail only had it a couple of days not good advert please help. Rob
Find out the status of Drive by using Drive Manager in Windows.
Right click My Computer > Manage > Disk Manager and describe the WD external drive.
Is it NTFS or RAW, or not formatted?
