My Book causes BSOD on Windows 10

I used to be able to run My Book with my Win 10 computer with no problem, but now when I plug it in, I get a BSOD with the error message “IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL”

I can plug it into another PC w no problems, ran diagnostics w the other PC and the drive seemed fine. I uninstalled all the WD software and then plugged in the My Book again w no improvement - still getting the BSOD. Any ideas?

Sometimes, such issues may be caused due to the file format. I would suggest to change the file file format and then connect my Book device with computer to check.

Note: Change of File format process is a data destructive process and recommend to backup of data before going to change the file format.
