My book 2 TB not available

Backup with wd smartware on my pc not completing, error stating there isn’t enough free pace. Both windows explorer and smartware show 1.4tb free however. Any suggestions?

Hello,

I recommend that you uninstall WD Smartware and reinstall its latest version.
