Dear All

I am Dr Behrang Samadi from IRAN.

I bought a one TB External My Passport Essential SE Portable Hard Drive 9 month ago and register it in the site. Unfortunately because of one accident nowadays it can not be recognized with PC. After asking some expert persons in this field, they said one Gap of on of it’s head is broken and it can not be find in IRAN. I have this question that if I send it to USA, can WD company or Recovery companies fix this problem and save my very very important data on it?

WD Does not perform data recovery, you could try looking online for another company such as Ontrack, Data Mechanic, etc…they can help you with your case.
