My activation code is not working.

I have a brand new SSD ordered from Amazon.com. I have everything running, but when I went to activate the SSD, the software is telling me I can’t.

It says the issue is either

  1. A bad internet connection (it’s not; I’m using the internet right now, and I deactivated my firewall completely and it still would not activate),

  2. An invalid key (I have checked the key on the paper at least twelve times for typos I might have committed, and it is correct but still isn’t working)

  3. Too many activations on a single key (How can this be? I tried to use it only once, and it was a brand new box)

What should I do now? I want this to work.
