OK-I want to do updates.
I go to the Sansa updater.
It tells me to disconnect my unit and put the usb mode into msc.
I do that.
I try Sansa updater again.
I tells me to take it out of MTP mode and put it into USB mode.
I do that.
I try sansa updater again.
It tells me to change the mode from mtp to msc…

I’m trying also to get album art to show up with the album and song
information.
Why doesn’t this unit do it?
The e250 did without any special nonsense I had to do.
