Just bought MP Ultra 1TB. Trying to format for Mac according to the relevant instructions and ID.
Get to stage 9 and then get the error message ‘Couldn’t unmount the disk’. In true Cath 22 fashion the instructions say Contact Us. It’s weekend, and nobody around at WD. Need this thing to work.
