My Book Model# WDBACW003HBK showed I needed to upgrade so I clicked to update and now Smartware no longer works to let me back up my files. And, when I boot the computer I receive an error message stating that WD QuickView has encountered an unexpected error and is now exiting. I also get another message when attempting to run the app." Failed to load Local File C\Program Files\Western Digital\WDSmartware\Local\WDSmartware.tmx"
I tried reinstalling the updates (Firmware & software) and still it won’t work…
