I just found out that the Sansa Fuse that I purchased for my daughter,that the offer that the sales person throwing to us is out of date. Is there any chance of still getting the preloaded card or do I need to box it back up and go argue with the store.

I have no knowledge of a give-away. Someone else mentioned it though, maybe a couple of weeks ago. They were told that you sign up for it on the Sansa web-site. I searched and couldn’t find anything like a rebate or free offer with purchase or anything else close to what they were talking about.
Their salesperson too, used this as a ‘closing’ tool to push them over the edge and get them to buy. If you are now saying you found some sort of documentation describing this and it was a limited time offer and that time limit has expired, I would take it back and ‘encourage’ the store to pony up the card on their own. Seems you were mis-led (intentionally or un-intentionally).

At the time, I searched the Sansa site for anything like a rebate, free with purchase offer, whatever but couldn’t find anything.
