memory card

I’ve just bought a clip + mp3 player and have installed a 16GB memory card. Any advice please how I can see the music which is on the card? I can only see albums which are in the internal 4Gb memory.

Can you see the card’s contents under the Clip’s folder view (last item under Music)?  If so, then the files on the card need to have their ID3 tags filled in, which the Clip uses for its database.  MP3Tag is a good, free tag editor.

Otherwise, you might try reformatting the card using the SD Association’s formatter–perhaps that will get things aright.
