I love the Fuze - I hate the converter. Installed it last weekend - later started having issues with Windows Photo Gallery - I have never had any issues with this program since I got my Vista Dell computer over a year ago. I have been recieveing McAffee buffer overflow errors and Windows Photo Gallery would no longer print. I have uninstalled the converter and the updater - no further buffer overflow errors. guess I just listen to music on the Fuze and forget videos until Sansa fixes the converter issues - until then the customer rating goes low and so do the recommendations to those I talk to.
