MAIN MENU OPTIONS NOT RETRIEVABLE

the only screen i get for main menu options is the equalizer screen. other main menu option s such as MUSIC etc cannot be retrieved. I refreshed the firmware (01.02. 18A) clip+,but no luck. Does anyone have a solution ?

I did not use the player for a while, so I fully charged it, and then I ran into this problem. It was working fine prior to that.

tHE HOME BUTTON does not change the menu from the equalizer screen to other options.

Are you sure you have a Clip or Clip+ player? This is the board for those players, but the firmware version you indicated (01.02. 18A) that you tried is an older f/w version for the old e200v1 model player.
