I recently purchased a new macbook pro with touch bar.
For the past few days My Passport Ultra worked fine but starting yesterday whenever I connect my Passport cursor doesn’t move and after a few seconds my computer shuts off. Is there any way that i can solve this problem?

Have you tried changing the USB cable?
