I was using my Windows Media Player to manage my songs and playlists. However, in recent weeks, my MP3 play would not make a playlist, although it showed on WMP that there was one. After trying various programs, the one that seems to work is WinAmp.
Hope this helps some of you.
I have to say, it really is disappointing that my Sansa M260 would be such a chore to use. Needless to say, I just bought an IPOD.
