I have registered my m250 player and Im wanting to send it in for repair under warrenty. The power buttom seems to be stuck on…as soon as you install the battery it powers up on its own…and then immediately powers down. So thats my deduction on it. However after registering,and getting a confirm email of my support request number…I have heard nothing since. I cant even find where I can check the “status” of my order is. Been 2 days now…and they claimed “priority service”…seems like customer NO SERVICE to me…ideas anyone?
