M250 Not Synching Well. Awful!

Hello

I can only sync one song at a time.  Either in Media player 11 or just moving mp3 files from one folder to the Samsa files.

It’s terrible.

I’ve tinkered with the settings, but still it is not working.  Is this m250 not functioning properly, or am I missing something?

its not working right.

What if you switch the modes on the player, this is done on the player itself, by going to settings and mode / usbmode on it. Select one and see the tresult, and try the same with the other mode.
