m250 - File Transfer Error - SECURE CLOCK?

I’ve just opened my m250 and whenever I try to download my subscription music, I get an error message that says, “a problem has occured obtaining the device’s secure clock.”

I’ve reset my internet explorer, changed my security settings to add all the rhapsody/real websites, I’ve formatted the player on both the windows and rhapsody software.  I can’t seem to download the firmware customer support sent me. I’m at my wit’s end.  HELP!!

have you tried formatting it through windows media player (the program). Can only be done in MTP mode, just so you are aware.

The tech support had me format it in both WMP and the Rhapsody player.  Same error…  Thanks, though.
