m240 won't sync on WMP10

I am trying to sync my playlist using Windows Media Player 10 and everytime I attempt to do this, an error message comes up on WMP and says “Windows Media Player encountered a problem andneeds to close.”  What is going on?

Try re-installing your WMP10 software.

You can get a copy here or better yet the version 11: Download Windows Media Player

Or you can try to update your Windows Media Player to Version 11. :wink:
