When I first purchased my Clip I could get 200+ songs on there. After a few months I lost all my songs. When I went to load them back on I could only get about 63 on there. Why did I lost part of the storage and how do I get it back??
Hello, thank you for the tip. I did format it and it still says there is 61MB of storage being used when there is nothing on there??

That’s probably the firmware, operating files and reserved RAM space.
