Lost my PC hard drive, only received partial recovery?

I was only able to recover docs, folders before April 2016. I lost the PC hard drive the beginning of June 2017. Any ideas, or options would be greatly appreciated.

Does your PC recognize your drive? If yes then you can retrieve all your lost files easily with the help of Stellar Phoenix Windows data recovery software. Just go with the tool, I believe it can help you out.
