How do I unlock personal files saved to a SanDisk flash drive? I saved personal files from a work laptop but they are all locked when I attempt to open them on another computer.
Did you enter your SecureAccess password on the other computer?
Were you prompted to enter your SecureAccess password on the other computer?
Did the security system on the other computer block SecureAccess from running?
No. They were not protected documents. They were simply pdf. files saved to the flash drive.
It is possible the other computer doesn’t have software to read .pdf files. Does the other computer have Windows 10? Windows 10’s Edge browser opens .pdf files on my system.
Did you try accessing from other devices ?
