Hi, My wife’s Sansa Fuse 8 gig keeps locking up, and the only way to clear it is to add or delete a song. (then it refreshes it’s self) This seems to happen more often when the battery is low. I can’t down load any new update because my computer is a boat anchor with windows 2000. Steve

Read the instructions here not for the firmware updater, but for the manual firmware install…it should work just fine…just make sure you’re charged up. It’s best to keep the battery over 50% charge at least.
