The top left corner of the grey button stays lit even after I power off the Sansa which completely empties the battery by the time I pick it up for use. The whole button isn’t lighted like when it’s turned on, it’s just that one corner. I do press/hold the button for it to shut off, so I do not know why it stays partial lit.
The Sansa works fine otherwise.

I have heard there were a small number of devices that have this issue. if it is a problem for you contact sandisk tech support and they will most likely replace it for you.
