ive had a sansa fuze for about 2 years and the screen goes off when the neon around the wheel goes on.what should i do?
like when you turn the wheel it turns off ?
does the screen work while tring to go through stuff?

Depending on where you live, it may still be under warranty. I believe Europe (or parts of it) have a 2 year warranty, whereas in the States, it’s only 1 year.
Sadly, if you’re out of warranty, you’re also probably out of luck and may have to buy a new player. Sure, you can try formatting and re-loading the firmware and while there’s certainly no harm in that, I doubt whether either procedure will solve your issue.
But . . . you never know. Stranger things have happened.
