I have been using my sansa clip (version 1.2) for 1 year.I had stopped using it for about 2 months because I was busy.Now when i plug it to my laptop it shows connected but the laptop does not recognize it.It does not come in My Computer.I have Windows XP.Please help…
Is the USB mode under Settings on the Clip set to MSC? If not, you might want to try that.
