I got alot of korean mp3s. And since the express only navigates with ID3 tags, I have major problem. The ID3 tags are obviously in korean and the sansa express has a korean language option, so the express was meant to work with korean files. But when navigating the ID3 tags display in jumbled chinese looking characters. I cannot navigate through my library of korean music and NO I DO NOT WANT TO RENAME hundreds of ID3 tags. I tried putting the machine seeting into korean but that doesnt help either. When looking at the files in winamp the ID3 tags display fine. Whats going on?
