I have a Sandisk which is a couple of days old. I have plugged it into my computer and charged it and filled it with MP3s.
The most I have got out of it is one full song. I thought perhaps I hadnt’ charged it properly so I charged it for 3 hours in each of the USB ports as I couldn’t tell when it was charged. I have then tried to listen to music and it just turns off.
Now it turns off when I press Play All. I press the power button to reset and go back play music and it turns off. I reset and it turns off.
I’m getting very frustrated and dont’ know where to go from here. I would appreciate any help.
