I have been trying to use the Sansa updater program for my Sansa PMP sdmx8n-4096k-ea70. I hook it up and try to run the program, but it says “please wait”. I have let it run all night and the message is still there. It’s checking for updayes and nothing is happening.
the sansa connect is not currently supported by the sansa updater
Is there anyway to download a compatible converter for my unit? I want to put some videos on my player.
