Just bought my Sansa Express today. I'm going to refund it tomorrow.

Here’s are just some of the problems I had today.

  • Froze, could not turn off.  Did a hardware reset. 

  • Froze, hardware reset didn’t help.

  • Froze about 5 times total

  • Did a Firmware update and now doesn’t display other languages

  • Freezes again

I never had a problem with Sandisk.  Now having these problems with their product, I do not think I will purchase anything by Sandisk especially memory cards.  I shoot professionally with a digital SLR and there’s not way I’m going to trust my photos with Sandisk products.

I will be returning this Sansa Express tomorrow for a refund.
